A locally-owned boutique and wellness shop is celebrating its grand opening this week.
On June 7, a ribbon cutting will be held at C. R. Blooms, the newest shop to join Strawberry Square in Harrisburg.
Owner Carmelia Rameau’s 860 square-foot wellness boutique and facial spa is located at the Shops on 3rd at 7 N. Third St., across from the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts.
“I am excited to bring my facial and wellness services to the downtown and surrounding areas and look forward to encouraging wellness and self-care to a new audience in this region,” she said.
Rameau is a graduate of the Aveda Institute and has 13 years of experience in the skin care industry.
Her shop carries a variety of products and tools as well as services, all with a holistic approach. Rameau does facial treatments and sells products, including teas, handmade Indian silk robes, cleansers, facial masks and more.
“We are thrilled to welcome C.R. Blooms to downtown Harrisburg,” said Brad Jones, Harristown’s president & CEO. “Strawberry Square and the Shops on 3rd are a center of activity, and this boutique adds to the growing health and beauty corridor along North Third Street and will offer unique wellness options unavailable elsewhere in downtown.”
C.R. Blooms operates 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday. Closed Sunday-Monday. Phone is 305-965-8086.
